STG delivers innovative software and information technology solutions to Fortune 500 clients nationwide. STG has immediate opportunities for fully qualified candidates for the following positions (multiple openings) to work in Troy, MI and at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.: The position involves: Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level, compilers & network distribution for business applications, applying principles of engineering; utilize field’s concepts, practices, and procedures; rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; perform complex tasks; report directly to a project lead or manager; and use Java, Oracle and XML. The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or its foreign educational equivalent or its equivalent in education and experience plus 36 months experience in the job offered or 36 months experience in an alternate occupation as a Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, Consultant, Computer Systems Analyst or Programmer Analyst. We will accept a bachelor’s degree or a foreign educational equivalent degree, followed by at least 5 years of progressive experience in the specialty, in lieu of the required education and experience. We will also accept any equally suitable combination of education, training and/or experience qualifying applicant to perform the duties of the job offered.
